The history of Twig
Twig were formed in Stockholm six years ago, and the line-up is still the same: Henrik Linden (vocals/guitar), Mathias Nilsson (guitar/programming) and Joakim Bengtsson (bass). After a few years of live performances at soccer festivals, indie clubs and tiny pubs, writing songs and recording at home, the group got themselves a MySpace page. Soon some indie labels showed an interest, and the release of "Life in a Swedish Town" and "Ciao Ciao Bomb"/"Wentworth" followed, as did more offers to play live.
